New Jersey's WildPig Comics II annual fall 50% off sale is almost here!

We've been hoarding back issues and trades since the summer, and our storage room is ready to burst!

Once again, the WildPig crew has labored tirelessly for months to produce yet another epic sale event. 

That’s right, every item on the sales floor will be 50% off!* 

Featuring:

• 60,000 back issues! (Including Gold, Silver, and Bronze Age comics, as well as 1000s of 50 cent books from the ‘60s to the present; Over 130 long boxes on the sales floor!)

• Hundreds of Comic Magazines


• 2,000 trades! (we’ve dramatically expanded our trade selection: hundreds of independent titles!)

• Hundreds of $5 DVDs

• A raffle will be held at 2pm in which we will be giving away various goodies including Marvel Omnibuses and DC Abolute Editions

We acquired two huge collections since the summer, and the selection of 50 cent books this time around will be our finest yet.

Expect tens of thousands of bargain books from the Silver Age to the present, all in alphabetical order, with many reader copies of key books and higher grade treats to boot. The Bronze Age presence in this batch is especially vast (lengthy runs! tons of Marvel!), and this is easily the finest selection of independent books we've collected (virtually every significant independent company and title from the 1980s to the present will be available). Of course, thousands of books from the past few years will also be present. Anyone who has attended our sales in the past knows this description of our 50 cent boxes is not an exaggeration. Diamond boxes for your shopping convenience are ready and waiting! Additionally, higher grade Gold, Silver, and Bronze, both on the wall and in our regular bins, await the high end collector.

We've been stockpiling trades from the major companies, as well as numerous independents, since the summer. Look for a huge selection of Vertigo titles especially, as well as DCU, Marvel, Dark Horse, Image, Avatar, IDW, Oni, D&Q, TwoMorrows, EC Archives, Cerebus, Strangers In Paradise, Bone, Top Shelf, Will Eisner, Pure Imagination, Vanguard, and many more!

We've expanded our selection of comic and comic-related magazines! Alter Ego, Back Issue, CBA, and, lovers of Marvel magazines prepare yourself: Epic Illustrated, FOOM, Bizarre Adventures, Planet of the Apes, Deadly Hands of Kung Fu, Marvel Super Specials, etc. Not to mention Kitchen Sink Press (tons of Spirit!), Warren, and even British mags (Capt. Britain and Warrior)!

Hundreds of new and barely used dvds will be on hand, including scores of cartoons and quirky, fun b-grade flicks (kung fu anyone? : )
